Fee for Service
At KIS Medical Records, there is only one fee for all our services. The introductory fee for our service is only $98.00 for the whole year. With the exception of charges

for medical records from your physician’s office or the hospital, and a one time setup fee of $15.00, our single annual fee covers it all. The fee remains the same for each year we continue to care for your medical record files. Updates will be added on a regular basis at no additional cost to our clients. Currently, we are offering our services at two different levels. KIS is available to individuals and families as well as to businesses.

KIS medical records is an electronic service. The printing and mailing of records is expensive and would increase our cost of doing business. We do offer mailing services but at an additional expense. For more information refer to our frequently asked questions (FAQ's) section.

There are other medical record services on the Internet that are free to the public, but remember, nobody works for free. They must get funds to support their businesses, and earn a living somehow. Other companies "provide relevant patient-oriented statistical information to healthcare providers, payers, drug and medical device companies, and clinical care facilities." At KIS ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION REGARDING ANY CLIENT OR CLIENT’S MEDICAL HISTORIES AND INSURANCE DATA WILL BE PROVIDED TO ANY SOURCE WHAT SO EVER. WE GUARANTEE IT.

	Complete medical records 24 hours a day, seven days a week, where and when you want them, anywhere in the world.


	Client's personal information (you know how hospitals and doctors can ask a lot of questions!).

	Complete insurance information.

	Emergency contact information.

	KIS will contact and supply your family or friends with information in the event of an emergency.

	Security, privacy, and trust.

* Doctors’ offices and hospitals often charge for the copying and release of medical information. These charges are the responsibility of the client. We will assist in the collection of data if you desire. The fee is dependent upon the number of records requested.
