Our clients will receive their KIS medical record information packet in the mail or via computer. You will receive an identification card for your wallet. A password printed on the ID is optional.

Traveling? Give us your dates, and we’ll pre-authorize your account for immediate access to wherever you are. Give us two weeks notice and we’ll prepare a copy of your records to travel with you. While traveling we recognize your family will want to be notified of an emergency; this is a service KIS can provide.
